At Milano Munchies, we are committed to providing you with the best possible snack box experience. Due to the nature of our products, please note the following policies regarding cancellations, refunds, and shipping:
1. Non-Returnable Goods
All snack boxes are custom-packed with perishable goods. As such, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for snack box items once they have been shipped. This policy aligns with EU regulations, which exempt perishable goods from the right of withdrawal.
2. Subscription Management
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must do so before the renewal date. Once a subscription renewal has been processed, it cannot be refunded. Customers can manage their subscriptions at any time through their account on our website at https://milanomunchies.com/account.
3. Shipping and Lost Packages
For shipping policies, including details on lost or delayed packages, please refer to our Shipping Policy. Below are key highlights:

Tracked Shipping: If your order is shipped using a tracked service and the carrier confirms that the package is lost, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
- A refund for the declared value of the package (up to $100 USD unless a higher value was declared at the time of shipment).
- A replacement shipment at no extra cost, subject to product availability.
- Untracked Shipping: If you select an untracked shipping method and your package is lost, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or resend the order. To ensure the security of your shipment, we strongly recommend choosing a tracked shipping option.
4. Returned Packages
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect the package, or other delivery issues outside our control, we will notify you. You may request a reshipment, which will incur an additional reshipping fee. Refunds are not available for perishable goods if returned.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at time2eatitalian@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt. Include photos of the damaged or incorrect items to help us resolve the issue. We will provide one of the following resolutions, at no additional cost to you:
- A replacement of the damaged or incorrect item.
- A full or partial refund, depending on the situation and product availability.
6. Right of Withdrawal
As per EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription agreement within 14 days of your initial purchase. This right applies to the subscription service itself and does not cover snack boxes or other perishable goods that are prepared or shipped during this period. 7. Claims and Timelines
To ensure timely resolution of any issues:
- Claims for lost packages (tracked shipping) must be submitted within 21 days of the expected delivery date.
- Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 14 days of receipt.
We strive to resolve all claims promptly. Please note that failure to submit claims within the stated timeframes may affect our ability to process them.
8. Additional Notes
We recommend monitoring the tracking progress of your shipment to avoid delivery issues.
