1. Shipping Destinations
We ship our authentic Italian snacks from Italy to the following destinations:
- United States: Includes all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We currently do not ship to U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
- Canada
- United Kingdom (UK)
- United Arab Emirates (UAE)
- European Union (EU) Countries
2. Processing Time
- Order Processing: Orders are prepared within 72 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. A second email with tracking details will follow when your order is shipped.
3. Shipping Method
We exclusively use FedEx International Connect Plus for all shipments to ensure fast and reliable delivery to your destination:
- Delivery Time: Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing or unforeseen delays.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- The weight of your order.
- Your delivery destination.
The total shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These charges are determined by the respective country’s customs authorities and are the buyer's responsibility.
- Milano Munchies is not liable for any additional charges incurred upon entry to your country.
- FedEx may contact you regarding any customs duties or taxes upon your package's arrival.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped:
- You will receive a FedEx tracking number via email.
- Use the FedEx website to track your package in real time and stay updated on its delivery status.
7. Delivery Issues & Delays
While we strive for timely deliveries, occasional delays may occur due to:
- Customs processing.
- Unforeseen factors.
If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:
- Check Your Tracking Details: Use the FedEx tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
- Contact FedEx: For detailed updates or issues related to delivery, you can contact FedEx customer support with your tracking number.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages
- Tracked Shipping: If your package is lost and tracking confirms non-delivery, please refer to our Refund Policy for resolutions.
- Untracked Shipping: Milano Munchies is not responsible for packages lost using untracked shipping methods. To ensure the security of your shipment, we strongly recommend selecting tracked shipping.
9. Order Changes or Cancellations
- Before Processing: If you need to modify or cancel your order, please update your subscription status via your customer panel.
- After Processing: Once your order has been processed, changes are no longer possible.
