2. Managing Your Subscription

  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the Customer Portal on our website: https://milanomunchies.com/account.
  • To avoid being charged for the next renewal period, you must cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before your renewal date.
  • Renewal dates are based on the interval of your subscription plan (e.g., monthly or quarterly).

3. Cancellation Terms

  • If you cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the end of the current subscription term. No prorated refunds are issued for the current period.

Right of Withdrawal:
As per EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription agreement within 14 days of your initial purchase. This right applies to the subscription service itself and does not cover snack boxes or other perishable goods that are prepared or shipped during this period.

4. Payment Terms

6. Revocation of Subscription

  • Milano Munchies reserves the right to revoke or terminate subscriptions for violations of terms and conditions.

7. Compliance and Jurisdiction
